Return & Refund Policy

At Uncle Sam’s Shirts, every item is made-to-order just for you. That means we don’t keep inventory or stock, and all sales are considered final unless there's a problem with the product.

🛠️ If Your Item Arrives Damaged or Defective

We’ll make it right. If your item shows up misprinted, damaged, or defective, we’ll gladly offer a free replacement or refund—your choice.

To qualify:

Provide clear photos of the issue.

Include your order number or email used at checkout.

We’ll review the claim and get back to you ASAP. If approved, we’ll either reprint and ship you a new one or issue a refund for the item (note: refunds are for the item cost only, not for original shipping).

🙅 What We Can’t Accept

Because each shirt is printed on demand, we can’t offer returns or exchanges for the following:

You ordered the wrong size or color

You changed your mind

You don’t like the fit or style
